Sales and Customer Service

OPPORTUNITY:

Do you dream of working with high performance motorcycles and motorcycle engines all day? Millennium Technologies is looking for an experienced salesperson with extensive Harley-Davidson experience for our Revolution Performance brand. Motorcycle industry experience is a must (3 -5 years) and Harley-Davidson product knowledge is a plus. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- The primary responsibility will be to assist customers (retail, dealer, and distributor) with the purchase, service, and technical support of American V-Twin performance products including Big Bore Kit, Cylinder Head Modifications, Crankshaft Modifications, and Complete Engine Builds.

- Assist customers (retail and dealer) on the purchase and technical support of repair services for cylinders, cylinder heads, and crankshafts for various engines from motorcycles, atv/utv, watercraft, automotive, and aviation applications.

- Job functions include but are not limited to assisting customers via phone, email, text, and in person with estimates, orders, and customer service.

- In addition to servicing current customers, prospecting and acquiring new customers (retail and dealer) will be a primary job function and matrix for success.

- Collaborate with sales, production, quality control, and shipping teams fulfill customer requirements.

- Some travel will be required for industry trade shows, dealer visits, and distributor conferences.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Extensive knowledge of the internal combustion engine. Specifically, Harley-Davidson models.

- Sales experience, powersports industry preferred.

- Working knowledge of a computer and various software programs including Microsoft Office.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where factors maybe out of your control. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

- Stand for long periods of time and be able to lift 50# consistently.

- Ability to read, ability to write/ type specified documentation. Ability to effectively present information to other employees of the organization.

- Ability to measure and interpret measuring tools, gauges, data and document accordingly.

Machinist Level 3

OPPORTUNITY:

Do you love cars, motorcycles, and engines? Always liked chemistry as a kid? Millennium Technologies is looking for Nickel Silicon Carbide Plating Specialist. Our core business at Millennium Technologies is our Nickel Silicon Carbide plating process and we need your help. Chemistry, plating, or manufacturing experience is not required. Our process is so unique, we will train you start to finish. Being an excellent employee is a requirement as this is one of the most important jobs in the building. Think you have what it takes?

SUMMARY:

Machinist that has 6-10+ years of experience and has a machinist degree background. Understands Millennium Technology processes. Able to set up the most complex jobs and run efficiently. Full understanding of manual and cnc machines. This is a 1st shift position Monday-Friday with an occasional Saturday during our busy season, the ability to work overtime is mandatory. The wage is commensurate with your experience, leadership skills and drive.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Set up and run machine to achieve production schedule of parts on both manual and CNC machines.

- Machine parts to specified prints and sketches or design intent.

- Understand and can manipulate the G code.

- Can program conversationally with the machine interface.

- Understand Millennium Technology processes for work to be done on normal routine jobs. (Boring, milling, turning, thread repair, general machining, etc.).

- Understands and able to complete task that are directly related to our products repairs and modifications.

- Measure dimensions of finished work pieces to ensure conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments, templates, and fixtures.

- Stop machines to remove finished work pieces or to change tooling, setup, or work piece placement, according to required machining sequences.

- Listen to machines during operation to detect sounds such as those made by dull cutting tools or excessive vibration and adjust machines to compensate for problems. Remove and replace dull cutting tools.

- Monitor machine operation and control panel displays and compare readings to specifications to detect malfunctions.

- Confer with supervisors or programmers to resolve machine malfunctions or production errors or to obtain approval to continue production.

- Clean machines, tooling, or parts, using solvents or solutions and rags.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

- A degree in the Machining discipline , although equivalent work experience can be applied.

- ssembly and Fabrication experience.

- Knowledge of how to use precise measuring equipment and tools.

- Manual lathe and Mill operation experience. CNC experience is necessary.

- Working knowledge of a computer and soft ware programs.

- Able to grasp and learn quickly.

- Complete tasks in a timely matter.

- Follow directions.

- Be able to interpret and understand concepts, sketches and blue prints.

- Stand for long periods of time.

- Be able to lift 50# consistently.



Nickel Silicon Carbide Plating Specialist Level 2

Opportunity:

Our process is so unique, we will train you start to finish. Being an excellent employee is a requirement as this is one of the most important jobs in the building. Think you have what it takes?

Job Type:

Full Time (40 hrs per week) 3rd Shift

Responsibilities:

- Pretreat, fixture and process cylinders for electro plating a nickel-silicon carbide coating to the inside of the powersports and automotive cylinder bores.

- Primary duties include identifying cylinders and setting up their proper fixtures.

- Process cylinders through the pretreatment line, assemble racks, maintain and monitor strike, plating times, and amperages.

- Disassembling, cleaning and fixtures after plating.

Requirements:

- Must be able to stand for long lengths of time and be able to repetitively lift 10-20 pounds and occasionally up to 40 pounds.

- Ability to read gauges, work safely in plating environment and keen attention to detail a must.

- Requires the use of both hands and arms, and candidate must be able to bend, kneel, balance, and twist throughout the shift.

- Attention to Detail. Everything starts with you.

- Night Owl. This is third shift. 9pm – 6am. Sunday – Thursday. Work at night, play during the day. If this is not your lifestyle, then the extra money for third shift may not be for you.

Pay Range, Additional Benefits and More:

- Pay starts at $16.50 - $18.50 per hour depending on experience which includes a generous 3rd shift premium for the committed and diligent worker.
